Spiritual Organization

The church has a very active role in evangelization. Prayer meetings are conducted with coordination with youth association and women's league on all Saturdays of each month. 

Sunday School is an integral part of our Church. it is going strong each        year. All the students actively enrolled in Sunday school. We give great importance to our Syrian Orthodox faith. Each Sunday during the general session we discuss the importance of the day (gospel reading of the day), the customs and traditions of our faith before starting the regular Sunday school classes.

Academic year starts in January and ends in mid-December and no regular classes are held during the summer months (July and August). During summer months students attend VBS, practice Holy Qurbana liturgies, and work on special projects.

 St. Mary's Youth Association promote tolerance, fellow-feeling, which aims to create a peaceful future through grassroots community activities. The members work to promote Christian values of love for one's neighbors, tolerance and mutual forgiveness. They provide training, monitoring and follow-up activities such as community sport, prayer, singing, charity .

The Martha Mariam Vanitha Samajam is an organization for women of the Parish Church. This organization was conceived to enhance and enlighten the spiritual and social growth of women who seek to promote Christian values within our families and the church community at large. They work along with various charity organizations and offer services to the needy wherever they can. The Martha Mariam Samajam is named after the most exalted Saint of our church, St.Mary, the ever Virgin and Holy Mother of God
